Ptes. Joseph Hadley (see 29^th November) and George Mather (see 26^th April) were reported by Cpl. William McGill (see 4^th November) for ‘smoking on parade at 11.30am’; on the orders of Capt. Dick Bolton MC (see 2^nd December) both would be confined to barracks for five days.

Pte. George William Ball (see 1^st November) was discharged from 16^th Convalescent Depot in Marseilles and posted to “Caesar’s Camp” at Arquata Scrivia.

Clara Palmer, widow of 2Lt. Albert Edgar Palmer (see 27^th September), who had been killed in action on 27^th September while serving in France with 8^th West Yorks, secured a grant of probate for the administration of his estate, which was valued at £200 5s. 1d..
