In huts and tents at Club Camp, west of Granezza.

L.Cpl. Harold Howlett (see 23^rd February 1917) was promoted Sergeant and appointed Battalion Gas Sergeant.

Pte. Martin Jackson (see 5^th July 1917) was appointed (unpaid) Lance Corporal.

Ptes. John Charles Clarke (see 9^th June) and Reginald Dayson (see 9^th May) were admitted via 69^th Field Ambulance to 23^rd Division Rest Station suffering from diarrhoea; Clarke would be discharged to duty after five days and Dayson after seven days.

Pte. George Bernard Hardy (see 27^th May), serving in France with 2DWR, was discharged from hospital and re-joined his Battalion; he had been suffering from boils.

A payment of £9 17s. 7d. was authorised, being the amount due in pay and allowances to the late Pte. John Edward Scott (see 25^th March) who had been killed in action on 25^th March while serving with 2^nd/7^th DWR; the payment would go to his widow, Ethel.
