Writing from no.58 Prisoner of War Camp at Ross-on-Wye, where
he was serving as adjutant to the Commandant of the Camp, Lt. John William Headings (see 7th March), wrote to the
Infantry Record Office in York, asking for copies of the warrants promoting him
Warrant Officer Class II & I.
