A payment of £21 15s. 4d. was authorised, being the amount due in pay and allowances (including a war gratuity of £16) to the late Pte. James Henry Quiller (see 24^th April 1919), who had been killed in action in October 1918; two thirds of the payment would be paid to his half-sister Elizabeth Smith and the remaining third to his brother Thomas.
