A further payment of £1 13s. 8d. was authorised, being the residual amount due in pay and allowances to the late Pte. George Berthelemy (see 8^th December 1919), who had died of wounds in June 1917; the payment would go to his brother, John, the initial payment having been made to his mother, Maria, in October 1917.
