Pte. William Herbert Websdale (see 6^th July), who had been serving with 8^th Yorks. and Lancs., was formally transferred to the Army Reserve Class Z.


Pte. Walter Hanson (see 10^th October 1917), who had been serving with 3^rd Scottish Rifles, was formally discharged from the Army on account of wounds; he was assessed as having suffered a 30% disability and was awarded the Silver War Badge and an Army pension of 12s. per week.
