Tunstill's Company remained in training at Frensham.

Cpl. Hugh King (see 18^th September) was discharged. No reason is stated in his service record and it would appear that he may have been discharged from the Dukes in order to join the 6^th Battalion West Yorkshire Regiment, which he would do six weeks later.
